We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks. Gauges of Responsibility
  • Supervise employees, ensuring they perform all job duties as assigned by management.

  • Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels.
  • Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal).
  • Execute all guest service programs and processes consistently, 24/7.
  • Handle all cash processes, including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
  • Replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Check in external and internal vendors following established guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Efficiency and organization skills are essential.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
  • Ability to access all store areas and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures (cooler, outside, etc.).
Education

High School Diploma or GED required.
