Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome, register, and check out guests while protecting confidential information.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, cancellations, and loyalty-program participation.
• Answer calls and provide accurate information about services, rates, and amenities.
• Operate the front desk systems to post charges, collect payments, and balance transactions.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and future reservations; share leads with the team.
