Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our Pooler, GA team. You will welcome guests, check them in/out, handle reservations, and process payments using the property-management system. Strong communication helps you deliver a memorable guest experience.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service or reservations experience and are comfortable assisting guests with requests and upselling hotel services. On-site role with varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service, sales, reservations, or guest-relations experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and check out guests while protecting confidential information.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, cancellations, and loyalty-program participation.
• Answer calls and provide information about services, rates, and area.
• Post charges, prepare bills, collect payments, and balance transactions in PMS.
• Verify payment methods and reconcile cash, checks, credit cards at end of shift.
• Promote hotel services and identify sales opportunities for leads.
