Qualifications

• Knowledge of restaurant policies and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.
• Ability to count back change accurately.
• Cash handling with security and cash drops experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers courteously and provides fast, friendly service.
• Takes and fills orders within company service time.
• Suggestive upsell of products as directed by management.
• Collects money and delivers orders to customers.
• Addresses customer issues promptly and notifies the manager as needed.
• Verifies opening cash drawer and counts cash at end of shift.
• Notifies Manager in Charge of any deletions or equipment problems.
• Ensures product holding times are observed and displays are attractive.
• Stocks service area and maintains napkins, cups, lids, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
