• Ability to handle cash and count back change accurately.
• Practices security measures in cash handling and manages cash drops with a minimum cash in drawer.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable in reporting to work on time.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers with a sincere, friendly attitude.
• Takes and fills orders within service time requirements.
• Upsells products as directed by management.
• Collects money and delivers orders to customers.
• Addresses customer service problems or complaints promptly.
• Notifies manager as needed.
• Verifies opening reading and bank.
• Counts drawer at end of shift for accuracy.
• Notifies Manager in Charge of deletions, over-rings or equipment problems.
• Ensures product holding times are observed.
• Rotates products and keeps display cases neat and attractive.
• Maintains stocked service area with napkins, cups, lids, etc.
• Maintains adequate iced tea supply.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
