Responsibilities

• Greets all customers with a sincere smile and welcoming attitude.
• Takes and fills the customer's order within company mandated service time.
• Suggests up-sell of products as directed by management.
• Collects money and delivers order to customer; counts change.
• Addresses customer service problems or complaints and notifies manager as needed.
• Verifies opening reading and bank; maintains cash in drawer; counts down drawer.
• Notifies Manager in Charge of deletions, over-rings, or equipment problems.
• Ensures product holding times are observed and products are rotated and displayed attractively.
• Keeps display case and service area clean; stocks napkins, cups, lids, iced tea.
