Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Server C in the Dallas area to take and process food and beverage orders, ensure timely service, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will coordinate with the kitchen, maintain station cleanliness, and follow cash handling and service policies while working in a fast-paced environment.

The role is non-exempt and reports to the Store Manager or General Manager depending on local requirements. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 6 months of serving experience in a high-volume or fast casual setting.
• Ability to interact with guests in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Capable of following cash handling policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders, enter and sequence orders quickly.
• Deliver orders and check back for guest satisfaction.
• Maintain table appearance and stock supplies as needed.
• Assist with bussing and station cleanliness.
• Provide attentive, friendly service consistent with company standards.
