Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Server to take food and beverage orders, serve guests, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely, high-quality service. The role supports a fast-paced dining environment and reports to the Store/General Manager depending on local requirements.

Qualifications include at least 6 months of serving experience, ability to interact with guests in a friendly manner, and the capacity to lift up to 20 lbs. Benefits are offered as part of the HMSHost employment package.

Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Requires at least 6 months of serving experience, preferably in high-volume or fast casual dining.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand during job functions.
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policies.

Responsibilities

• Takes and delivers food and beverage orders, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintains table appearance, checks drink levels and provides napkins.
• Presents check and handles payment changes as needed.
• Adheres to HMSHost customer service, beverage and cash handling policies.
• Keeps station clean and prepares setup and teardown.
