HMSHost is seeking a Server to take food and beverage orders, enter orders accurately, and serve guests in their section. You will coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service and quality, while maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction.

In this role, you will handle payments, keep the station clean, and follow HMSHost policies. This position requires a friendly, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of serving experience preferred.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Takes and enters food and beverage orders; delivers orders and checks back to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintains table appearance and supplies; ensures napkins and cleanliness of station.
• Presents check for payment and processes transactions; adheres to cash handling policies.
• Follows HMSHost service, beverage, and cash handling policies.
• Keeps station clean and organized; sets up and closes down service area.
