Job summary

The Langham, Chicago is seeking a hotel Food & Beverage attendant to provide friendly, courteous service across outlets including Restaurant, Bar, Lobby Lounge, in-room dining, and Club lounge. Duties include restocking Honor bars, inventory, and ensuring fresh products meet Forbes standards.

Must have basic food & beverage knowledge, POS experience with Micros, and strong English communication. This is a full-time on-site role with attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior Food & Beverage experience required.
• Basic English writing skills for requisitions and vouchers.
• Knowledge of Micros POS system.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English to communicate with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Restock guestroom Honor bars daily and follow setup procedures.
• Inventory Honor-bar storeroom weekly and manage stock items.
• Prepare weekly item order sheet for purchasing.
• Maintain a well-organized storeroom and rotate stock.
• Check item expiration dates and flag for disposal or credits.
