Job summary

European Wax Center in Schaumburg, IL is hiring a Guest Service Associate (Front Desk or Sales) to deliver exceptional guest service and drive center revenue.

You will greet guests, promote services and products, handle front desk tasks, and maintain a welcoming, professional center. This in-person role requires evenings and weekends, with an hourly rate of 15.00–16.50 plus sales bonuses, 401k match, health benefits, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products / promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
