Job summary

European Wax Center is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding guest experiences in our Buffalo Grove center. This in-person role combines front desk duties with proactive sales to meet revenue targets.

You will greet guests, schedule appointments, promote services, and educate customers on our product line while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Availability for evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and guest service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/ promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
