European Wax Center in Oak Park, IL is hiring a Guest Service Associate (front desk/sales) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. The role is in-person with hourly pay and bonuses, and offers training in waxing techniques and sales strategies.

The position requires strong sales and guest service skills, excellent communication, and availability for evenings and weekends in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or beauty industry is a plus.
• Strong sales and guest service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations, including check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
