Guest Service Representative - Night Auditor

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner, following LBA standards of friendly hospitality.
• Executing selling strategies to enhance hotel revenue.
• Managing front office operations, acting as Manager on Duty, responding to guest requests promptly, and maintaining communication with management.

Pre-requisites:

• Access to guestrooms and property; honesty and trustworthiness are essential.
• Must pass security clearance as per company policy.

Qualifications:

• Experience in accounting, sales, telesales, service, or guest relations helpful but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree helpful but not required.

Physical and language requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, push/pull 60 pounds.
• Must see, hear, speak, and read English; additional languages may be helpful.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of Manager on Duty functions, cash handling, safety, and property details.
• Proficiency with property management systems and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle guest issues professionally.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Greet and register guests, promote hotel services, and handle reservations and billing.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards, assist other departments, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Working Conditions:

• Stand and walk for long periods, assist with laundry procedures if applicable.

Advancement Opportunities:

Potential promotion to supervisory roles such as Assistant General Manager (AGM) or General Manager (GSM).
