Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative will handle inquiries from members, providers, physicians, and internal and external clients related to pharmacy benefits. Agents will assist members in understanding and maximizing the use of their pharmacy distribution program.

Operating Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30 AM to 10 PM EST and Sat and Sun 9 AM to 6:30 PM EST (shifts vary)

Technical and Work-from-Home Requirements:

  • Broadband internet with minimum 40 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds (no satellite). Verify at speed.cloudflare.com before applying.
  • Ethernet cable connection required; Wi-Fi-only is prohibited.
  • Private, secure workspace free from noise and distractions.
  • Computer equipment, monitor, and headset provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Use computerized systems to gather information and respond to inquiries, document issues, and escalate as needed.
  • Complete HCP and customer calls successfully within established work hours.
  • Provide and act on performance feedback, learn new skills, and adapt to changing customer expectations.
  • Maintain cultural sensitivity and professionalism in interactions with HCPs, customers, and management.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of call center experience; healthcare or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, experience with international or diverse populations, knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
  • Proficiency with basic computer functions, multitasking, and time management skills.

Physical Requirements: Regularly sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, and hear. Occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, and focus adjustment.
