Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative will handle inquiries from members, providers, physicians, and internal and external clients related to pharmacy benefits. Agents will assist members in understanding and maximizing the use of their pharmacy distribution program.
Compensation and Benefits:
Operating Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30 AM to 10 PM EST and Sat and Sun 9 AM to 6:30 PM EST (shifts vary)

Physical Requirements: Regularly sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, and hear. Occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, and focus adjustment.
