Best Western Plus La Crescent is seeking a friendly Front Desk / Guest Service Representative for full-time, evening hours (3pm-11pm). You will greet guests, handle check-in/out, assist with reservations, and maintain a welcoming lobby.

You must have excellent communication, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, and proficiency with reservation systems is a plus.

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
