Best Western Plus La Crescent is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Service Representative for full-time evening shifts (3pm-11pm). You will welcome guests, handle reservations and inquiries, process payments, and maintain a warm, organized front desk area to ensure memorable stays.

The role requires friendly, professional customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Growth opportunities and team support are emphasized within the hotel.

Formación

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software after training.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
