Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center is seeking a Guest Service Representative to warmly greet guests, check-in, and handle inquiries about hotel services. The role includes managing room availability, guest accounts, and billing, while coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

You will post charges, process payments, and assist with reservations, also handling guest requests and safekeeping of valuables.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Hospitality customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for long periods, light lifting up to 40 pounds.
