Holiday Inn Express in Chula Vista, CA is seeking a Guest Service Representative to warmly greet guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and support front desk operations. You will answer calls, record guest information, and respond to concerns while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

Ideal candidates are people-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Qualifications

We are looking for a customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team! You are the face of our hotel, leaving both a first and last impression on all our guests. As the Guest Service Representative, you will assist customers with checking in and out, handle front desk operations, and a variety of other guest interactions.
