Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our team at our property in Ann Arbor, MI. The role focuses on warmly greeting guests, processing check-ins/outs, and ensuring a smooth front desk operation in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of front desk experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to hospitality excellence in a growing company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition and warmth.
• Reviews arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the phone within three rings and direct inquiries as needed.
• Handle cash operations and report discrepancies per cash procedures.
• Keep the front desk tidy and organized at all times.
• Assist with lobby activation and guest needs promptly.
• Protect guest PII data and follow privacy procedures.
• Process check-in/check-out with required identifications and payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
