Schulte Hospitality Group in Arlington, Virginia is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our team. This role focuses on welcoming guests, managing front desk operations, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet guests, assist with arrivals, handle phones, cash, and guest data, and support lobby activities while upholding the company’s service culture and commitment to employee development and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to room and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and transfer as needed.
• Responsible for cash handling; report cash over/short to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PII data per procedures.
• Follow check-in/check-out procedures and collect IDs and payment.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
