Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to analyze and interpret client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, welcoming, and friendly environment.
• Check guests in and out of the Hotel.
• Respond to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Compute bills, collect payment, and make change.
• Ensure front desk is stocked with required items.

Education

Completion of a two‑year apprenticeship program in front desk operations or hotel management
