Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists and assemble welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the phone promptly and assist or transfer as needed.
• Handle cash operations and report any discrepancies to management.
• Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation and guest inquiries.
• Follow procedures for guest PII and payment documents.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
