Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a friendly Guest Service Associate for our Front Office team at the Carmel-by-the-Sea property. You will welcome Owners and guests, handle arrivals and departures, and deliver a personalized vacation experience with attention to detail.

You must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays, maintain a professional appearance, and follow company policies while providing accurate local information about the resort and surrounding area.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services and handling guest arrivals/departures.
• Ability to deliver personalized vacation experiences.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
