Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Assist with welcome amenities and arrival lists.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in.
• Answer phone promptly and transfer or respond to inquiries.
• Handle cash, bank procedures, and reporting cash variances.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Support lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII and follow data-handling procedures.
• Follow check-in/check-out checklists and verify IDs and payments.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
