Job summary

Navy Exchange Service Command in Staten Island is seeking a Guest Service Representative I to greet guests, manage front desk operations, and handle reservations and guest inquiries at Navy Lodge properties.

You will use the Property Management System to retrieve reservations, process payments, and ensure accurate records while delivering friendly service and maintaining a secure, welcoming lobby environment.

Qualifications

• One year of general office clerical experience.
• One year of specialized experience related to the position.
• Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage front desk operations and reservations.
• Use the PMS to access guest information and modify bookings.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and balance shift transactions.
