Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our team in Atlanta. You will greet guests, assist with check-in, and ensure a welcoming, seamless experience from arrival.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel front desk operations.
• Minimum of high school education.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists daily and assist in preparing and assembling welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to their rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and respond to questions or transfer as needed.
• Manage issued bank: count at the beginning and end of shift; ensure cash drops are done according to proper cash handling procedures; report cash over/shorts to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PPI data using proper procedures.
• Follow check-in/check-out checklist and retrieve necessary identification documents and forms of payment upon arrival.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
