Qualifications

• One year of front desk experience is required.
• Knowledge of hotel front desk operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in.
• Answer phones within three rings and assist or transfer.
• Handle cash banks with proper procedures and report cash variances.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII data and follow privacy guidelines.
• Follow check-in/out procedures with IDs and payment.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
