Job Description:

Provide legendary service to guests in the dining room by being the ambassador to the kiosk ordering system.

Essential Functions
  • Greet every guest with a smile and assist them with kiosk ordering.
  • Guide guests as the subject matter expert for all kiosk functions.
  • Assist kiosk guests with rewards, ordering, payments, beverage service, receipt printing, and order fulfillment.
  • Provide beverage service for kiosk guests.
  • Assist team members with guest needs, food running, and pre-bussing when there are no guests in the kiosk queue.
  • Maintain the kiosk area by cleaning and stocking supplies.
  • Change kiosk receipt paper as needed.
  • Sample products to guests entering the cafe.
  • Maintain a friendly demeanor, take appropriate action to guest requests, and support company initiatives.
Secondary Functions
  • Assist team members with guest needs, food running, and pre-bussing when there are no guests in the kiosk queue.
  • Maintain package goods displays.
  • Restock Grab and Go and beverage displays.
  • Clean and maintain condiment stations and dining area.
  • Sweep and bus tables.
Requirements

Additional duties as required.

Hours

Low Volume/Limited: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (based on volume; peak times may vary).

Medium to High Volume: AM & PM shifts based on cafe peak times.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
