We are seeking a Valet / Guest Services Attendant for the upcoming season to join our Front of House team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, comfortable with challenges, and committed to providing authentic and luxurious experiences by demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community.

Reports to: Front Office Manager.

Main duties & responsibilities:
  1. Manage all Valet operations, including greeting guests, escorting them to reception, driving and parking cars and shuttles, and managing arrivals and departures, in accordance with Belmond policies and code of conduct.
  2. Coordinate with reception and concierge teams.
  3. Assist with all guest requests.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of a third language is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within 5-star hotels.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software such as Infor HMS or others, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Passion for service and a desire to grow professionally.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to update colleagues and departments.
  • Ability to work well within a team, showing respect and willingness to share skills and information, with a commitment to personal development.
  • Accuracy and precision in duties, with a sense of urgency and ownership of tasks.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and remain calm under pressure.
Benefits:
  • Seasonal employment contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 4, Valet.
  • Start date: May 2025; end date: November 2025, with potential for ongoing seasons and career development.
  • Monthly gross salary as per CCNL, with increases based on seniority and skill level, including separate payslips for 13th, 14th month, and TFR.
