Job Description

Provide legendary service to guests in the dining room by acting as the ambassador to the kiosk ordering system.

Essential Functions

  1. Greet every guest with a smile and assist them with kiosk ordering.
  2. Guide guests as the subject matter expert for all kiosk functions.
  3. Assist kiosk guests with rewards, ordering, payments, beverage service, receipt printing, and order fulfillment.
  4. Serve beverages to kiosk guests.
  5. Support the service team with guest needs, food running, and pre-bussing when there are no guests in the kiosk queue.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and stock of the kiosk area, including changing receipt paper.
  7. Provide samples to guests entering the cafe.
  8. Display friendliness and take appropriate actions to guest requests.
  9. Support and promote company initiatives.

Secondary Functions

  1. Assist with food running and pre-bussing when no kiosk guests are present.
  2. Maintain package goods displays and restock Grab and Go and beverage displays.
  3. Clean and maintain condiment stations and dining areas, including sweeping and table bussing.

Requirements

Additional duties as required.

Hours

Low Volume/Limited: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (based on volume, peak times vary).

Medium to High Volume: AM & PM shifts based on cafe peak times.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
