The Guest Services Attendant (GSA) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and others entering the hospital. This role includes greeting, registering, and directing visitors and others, providing visitor passes and other forms of identification, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, enforcing visitation restrictions and requirements, and maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for patients, families, and staff.
Full Time Evening Position, 8.5 HR Shift.
Shift times vary, start time is listed as 1:00pm-9:30pm, 1:30pm-10:00pm, 2:00pm-10:30pm, or 2:30pm-11:00pm with every other weekend and holiday rotation required.
