Job summary

European Wax Center is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. Location: 245 E Bell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85022. Salary range: $15.15 - $16.75 per hour.

This is a full-time and part-time in-person role, with hourly + sales bonuses. You will greet guests, promote services and products, educate on products, manage front desk operations, and ensure a clean, welcoming center atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and guest service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
