Job summary

Generation Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative for our Front Desk to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle reservations with accuracy.

You will answer phones, assist with inquiries, process payments, issue keys, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep rooms ready and safe. This role requires English communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work varied shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience in customer service or front desk preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills with POS or reservation systems.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out efficiently with warm, professional service.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and special requests accurately.
• Answer phones and assist guests with information and local tips.
• Verify guest information and process payments; issue keys.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to prepare rooms.
• Balance cash drawers at shift start and end.
