Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our team at the front desk in Arlington, VA. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Formación

• One year minimum experience in front desk operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel front desk operations is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Greets guests as they arrive, focusing on personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and direct calls as needed.
• Handle cash accurately; perform daily cash drops and report over/shorts.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PPI data and follow privacy procedures.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and collect identification and payment methods.
