Job summary

Church's Chicken in Missouri is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure prompt courteous service, and maintain quality standards in accordance with the Operating Standards Manual.

You will lead a team, manage cash handling, supervise the dining area and drive guest satisfaction through a friendly, efficient service style while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurant policies, practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Takes and fills customer orders within service time.
• Suggests upsell opportunities as directed by management.
• Collects payments and delivers orders accurately.
• Addresses customer issues promptly and notifies the manager.
• Maintains cash drawer accuracy and recounts at shift end.
• Reports any deletions, over-rings, or equipment issues to the Manager in Charge.
• Rotates and displays products; ensures proper merchandise rotation.
• Keeps service area and display cases clean; restocks as needed.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
