Job summary

Church’s Chicken in Missouri is seeking a friendly, energetic team member to serve guests courteously and efficiently, following the Church’s Operating Standards. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure accurate cash handling.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months related experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain clean displays, rotate products, and support daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurant policies and procedures.
• Ability to handle cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a sincere smile and make them feel welcome.
• Take and fill the customer’s order within company mandated service time.
• Suggestive up sell of products as directed by management.
• Collects money and delivers order to customer.
• Immediately attends to any customer service problem or complaint and notifies manager as needed.
• Verifies opening reading and bank; counts cash and ensures drawer accuracy.
• Notify Manager in Charge of deletions, over-rings or equipment problems.
• Keeps product holding times strictly observed and rotates/ displays products attractively.
• Keeps display case clean and stocked with napkins, cups, lids, and iced tea.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
