Job summary

Church's Chicken in Missouri is seeking a Restaurant Crew member to greet guests, take orders, and serve food quickly and courteously in line with our operating standards.

You will handle cash, count back change, and maintain the cleanliness and rotation of display cases while delivering friendly service; previous restaurant experience a plus, but we welcome motivated applicants who value teamwork and speed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 6 months related experience.
• Knowledge of restaurant policies, practices and HR procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for professional interaction.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to receive money and count back change accurately.
• Cash handling with security measures and cash drops.
• Basic computer skills.
• Report to work on time for each shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a welcoming, positive attitude.
• Take and fill orders within company service time.
• Suggest up-sell of products as directed by management.
• Collect money and deliver orders to customers.
• Address customer service problems or complaints; notify manager as needed.
• Verify opening reading and cash; manage drawer accuracy.
• Notify Manager in Charge of deletions or equipment problems.
• Ensure proper product holding times.
• Rotate/display products attractively.
• Keep display case clean; stock napkins, cups, lids, etc.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
