Job summary

Church’s Chicken in Missouri is hiring a versatile restaurant team member focused on friendly, efficient service and accurate cash handling. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals quickly while following standard operating procedures.

You’ll upsell products, manage the register responsibly, and help maintain clean, well-stocked service areas. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of related experience.
• Knowledge of restaurant policies, practices and HR procedures.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a sincere smile and welcoming attitude.
• Take and fill orders within company service time.
• Suggest upsell of products as directed by management.
• Collect money and deliver orders to customers.
• Address and report customer service issues or complaints.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and counts at shift end.
• Notify manager of deletions, over-rings or equipment problems.
• Maintain proper product holding times and attractive displays.
• Keep display case clean and stocked with napkins, cups, lids, and iced tea.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
