Responsibilities

• Greets all customers warmly and maintains a welcoming attitude.
• Takes and fills customer orders within service time.
• Upsells products as directed by management.
• Collects payments and delivers orders.
• Addresses customer service issues promptly and notifies manager when needed.
• Manages cash drawer and counts back change accurately at shift end.
• Notifies Manager in Charge of any deletions, over-rings or equipment problems.
• Rotates products and ensures proper display and freshness.
• Keeps service area clean and stocked with supplies.
