Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking team members for our Santa Barbara waxing center. The role focuses on delivering outstanding guest experiences, promoting services, and educating clients on our exclusive product line.

The position requires strong sales skills, high energy, and a flair for teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. Candidates should be available to work evenings and weekends, with a willingness to learn waxing techniques and sales strategies.

Salary Range: $16.90 - $18.50 Hourly

Full-Time & Part-Time

Hourly + Sales Bonuses

Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
• Promote additional services, new products/ promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
