Guest Service Agent - Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek (Finance)

The Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is seeking a full-time Guest Service Agent to join their team!

Ideal Candidate: Previous customer service and hospitality experience, open availability, and prior experience working in a hotel or front desk is highly preferred.

Shift Pattern: Open availability and weekend/holiday availability are required. Mainly 2nd shift 3pm - 11:30pm.

Pay Rate: $19.19 per hour plus upselling incentives.

What will I be doing?
  • Greet guests and complete the registration process, including inputting and retrieving information, confirming guest details, selecting rooms, coding electronic keys, promoting marketing programs, providing welcome packets, and guiding guests to their rooms.
  • Assist guests with check-out, ensuring rooms and services are correctly accounted for, handling payments, processing credit/debit cards, accepting various forms of payment, converting foreign currency, making change, and processing gift certificates and cards.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information, including room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and local area details, to answer guest questions.
  • Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Handle guest complaints, conduct research, and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
  • Receive, input, retrieve, and relay messages to guests.
