Signia by Hilton Orlando and Waldorf Astoria Orlando, two official Walt Disney World Hotels, are seeking a Complex Reservations Coordinator to join their dynamic Reservations team. The combined properties feature over 1,500 rooms, 12 restaurants and lounges, and more than 350,000 sq. feet of meeting and event space.

The ideal candidate will have previous hospitality experience in reservations, front desk, or group housing, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, OnQ, and R&I is highly preferred. This role offers an excellent opportunity to advance your hospitality career within a large, complex operation.

Pay Rate: $20.23 per hour plus upsell incentive program

Responsibilities:

  • Focus primarily (90%) on group reservations, with 10% on leisure wholesale third-party bookings
  • Create and manage group room blocks, build SRPs in ONQ and R&I
  • Monitor group blocks, ensure cutoff dates are met, oversee group performance, process rooming lists via Passkey
  • Answer reservations calls and emails professionally and promptly, providing accurate availability and information
  • Coordinate with hotel departments as needed
  • Confirm individual reservations via phone and email, handle third-party reservation requests
