The ideal candidate will have previous Hilton experience, OnQ experience, good communication skills, and be open and flexible with prior hospitality experience.

Shift Pattern:

Open availability required Monday - Sunday between 6am - 11pm

Pay Rate:

$17.00 per hour

What will I be doing?
  • Greet guests and complete the registration process, including inputting and retrieving information, confirming guest details, selecting rooms, coding electronic keys, promoting marketing programs, providing welcome packets, and guiding guests to their rooms.
  • Assist guests with check-out, ensuring charges are correct, handling payments, processing credit/debit cards, accepting various payment methods, and managing foreign currency exchanges.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information, including room types, rates, packages, promotions, and local area details, to answer guest inquiries.
  • Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues effectively.
  • Handle guest complaints, conduct research, and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
  • Receive and relay messages accurately to guests.
