The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is seeking a full-time Server Assistant to join their Food & Beverage team! This 976-room milestone property offers guests an elevated experience that redefines Southern Hospitality. This role will support both Nest on Four, our upscale sports bar outlet.

Ideal candidates have upscale high-volume restaurant experience. Hotel experience is preferred but not required. We seek someone who takes initiative and maintains a positive attitude.

Shift Pattern: Variable shifts, typically 10:30 am - 7 pm or 4 pm - 1 am. Weekend and holiday availability are required.

Pay Rate: $12.25 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Server Assistant, you will be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations to deliver outstanding guest service and support financial profitability. Specific responsibilities include:

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
• Ensure tableware is in good condition and report any defects for repair
• Stock, maintain, and clean designated food stations
• Assist food servers with table service, including serving beverages and breads
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
