Join the Signia by Hilton Atlanta as a Server Assistant

The Signia by Hilton Atlanta (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/atlwcsa-signia-atlanta-georgia-world-congress-center/dining/) is seeking a full-time Server Assistant to join their Food & Beverage team. This 976-room milestone property offers guests an elevated experience that redefines Southern Hospitality. The role will support both Nest on Four, our upscale sports bar outlet.

Ideal Candidate: Has upscale high-volume restaurant experience. Hotel experience is preferred but not required. We seek someone who takes initiative and maintains a positive attitude.

Shift Pattern: Variable shifts, typically 10:30 am - 7 pm or 4 pm - 1 am. Weekend and holiday availability are required.

Pay Rate: $12.25 per hour

Responsibilities of a Server Assistant

As a Server Assistant, you will set and clear dining tables, stock service stations, and support the team in delivering outstanding guest service and profitability. Your duties include:

• Preparing tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning, and setting tableware
• Ensuring tableware is in good condition and reporting defects
• Maintaining and cleaning food stations
• Assisting servers with beverages, breads, and other service tasks
• Transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously
