The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is seeking a full-time Server Assistant to join their Food & Beverage team! This 976-room milestone property offers guests an elevated experience that redefines Southern Hospitality. This role supports both Nest on Four, our upscale sports bar outlet.

Ideal candidates have upscale high-volume restaurant experience. Hotel experience is preferred but not required. We seek someone who takes initiative and maintains a positive attitude.

Shift Pattern: Variable, with typical shifts from 10:30 am to 7 pm or 4 pm to 1 am. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Pay Rate: $12.25 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Server Assistant, you will set and clear dining tables and stock service stations to deliver outstanding guest service and support financial profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Setting and preparing tables, including folding napkins, cleaning, and placing tableware
• Ensuring tableware is in good condition and reporting defects
• Stocking, maintaining, and cleaning designated food stations
• Assisting food servers with table service, such as serving beverages and breads
• Retrieving and transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously
