Guest Service Agent - Signia by Hilton Atlanta (Finance)

Signia by Hilton Atlanta is looking to welcome a Guest Service Agent to join the team!

The ideal candidate will have previous Hilton experience, OnQ experience, good communication skills, be open and flexible, and have previous experience working in hospitality.

Shift Pattern: Open availability required Monday - Sunday between 6am - 11pm.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.

What will I be doing?

  • Greet guests and complete the registration process, including inputting and retrieving information, confirming guest details, selecting rooms, coding electronic keys, promoting marketing programs, providing welcome packets, and guiding guests to their rooms.
  • Assist guests with check-out, ensuring accurate billing, handling payments, processing credit/debit cards, converting foreign currency, making change, and processing gift certificates and cards.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hotel information, including room types, rates, packages, promotions, and local area information, and respond to guest questions.
  • Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests, resolve issues, and handle complaints effectively.
  • Manage messages for guests, including receiving, inputting, retrieving, and relaying messages.
