Job summary

AC Hotel Arlington National Landing is seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet, check in/out guests and provide courteous service in line with brand standards. You will register guests, handle payments, make reservations, and assist with luggage and breakfast areas as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma and prior customer service; familiarity with PMS systems is a plus. You will work in a dynamic front desk team with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and travel

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience or training.
• Knowledge of front desk operations is a plus.
• Experience with PMS software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register arrivals.

• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
