Job summary

Loews Hotels in Arlington seeks a friendly Front Office Agent to greet guests, check them in, and ensure a memorable stay. You will manage room assignments, process payments, and promote services while delivering efficient, personalized service at the front desk.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of guest service experience, familiarity with Opera PMS, and the ability to work weekends/evenings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred.
• Experience with Opera Property Management System preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
• Assign rooms that meet guest preferences and special requests.
• Obtain and verify credit and payment information in accordance with hotel policies.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of upcoming events, group bookings, and banquet orders.
• Perform check-out procedures and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the Front Desk and lobby area.
